Rights of clones and cyborgs

If clones and cyborgs are to become of a great enough number to have a set of rights be created, I do not think that they should be allowed the same rights pre-existing humans have - initially. This does not mean they wouldnt have any rights, or may not be able to achieve the same rights - I have no idea how that will/could/should play out. I also don't know if anyone else knows how that will play out, it probably depends on the context of how clones and cyborgs will be utilized and the purposes they may serve in the future. Rights given to clones and cyborgs will depend on if they are created for service, to aid in organ donation, or simply used as research to advance human life. There will likely always be groups of people who use a technology (or anything for that matter) both ethically and unethically. Cloning and cyborg creation has been under fire for ethical reasons, and will probably continue to be even if cloning will be legal/allowed in various parts of the world.
